reiki is a beautifully simple & gentle energy healing practice, of japanese origin. ideal for self healing or for others (people & animals). since my initiation in summer 2019, it has become a deeply supportive, daily practice & the foundation of my life & work. my approach honours the original teachings & the practicalities of modern life, prioritising care, ease & sensual nourishment.
